🧬 AMH Calculator
Interpret Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) by age and sex. Women: ovarian reserve for IVF and fertility planning. Men: testicular (Sertoli cell) function.
⚠️ Reproductive Testing Disclaimer
Interpretation of reproductive testing should be performed by a qualified reproductive endocrinologist or gynecologist. This calculator is for reference only and is not a diagnostic tool. AMH values vary by assay (Beckman Gen II, Roche Elecsys, Ansh), measurement method, and individual factors. Always discuss results with your physician.

Clinical Use
👩 Women
- IVF / Fertility Care — predict ovarian response to stimulation and individualize gonadotropin dosing
- Ovarian Age Assessment — compare with chronological age for reproductive planning
- POI Risk — very low AMH may indicate premature ovarian insufficiency
- PCOS Support — markedly elevated AMH supports PCOS diagnosis (Rotterdam/ESHRE 2023)
- Pre/Post Ovarian Surgery — monitor reserve after cystectomy or endometrioma resection

About AMH
Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) is produced by granulosa cells of early ovarian follicles (women) and Sertoli cells of the testes (men). In women, it is the best single biomarker of ovarian reserve and is central to IVF planning. In men, it reflects testicular function and is especially useful in pediatric endocrinology.
AMH is stable across the menstrual cycle, so it can be measured on any day. Assay variability is significant — results should be interpreted with knowledge of the specific assay used.
Disclaimer — Educational reference only. AMH values vary by assay platform (Beckman Coulter Gen II, Roche Elecsys, Ansh Labs) and individual factors. Always consult a reproductive endocrinologist or gynecologist for clinical interpretation.
